Sandy Bear is a registered charity providing a service to all children and young people up to 18 years who have suffered, or who are likely to suffer a bereavement and living in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire. The referral forms for Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire Sandy Bears are accessible below.
